SPECOLL adhesive for cores and moulds

Characteristics:  SPECOLL adhesive for cores and moulds is a cold-setting universal adhesive with outstanding permanent adhesion and high strengths. Unlimited water solubility, alkaline. Special additives ensure perfect wetting and prevent surface tension. SPECOLL cures by physical means.
Properties: SPECOLL can be applied easily and uniformly and thus ensures perfect wetting. The bonded together parts have excellent and reliable bonding after only 2-3 hours. SPECOLL does not contain any harmful constituents, does not form lumps, is low outgassing, odourless and is compatible with all coatings.

  Loose in disposable drums with 200 – 350 kg contents.


SPECOLL Rapid

Characteristics: SPECOLL Rapid is a cold-setting universal adhesive. Especially in the furan resin process, outstanding permanent adhesion is achieved with unusual strength.

  Density (20°C):  1.85 g/cm3
  Tensile strength (20°C): >350 N/cm2

Packaging:  boxes with 20 handy plastic tubes with 1 kg contents each, Plastic tubs with 4.5 kg and 18 kg.

SPECOLL RP

Characteristics: SPECOLL RP is a cold-setting highly viscous universal adhesive with properties similar to those of SPECOLL and the following
characteristic data:

  Appearance:  red paste
  Viscosity (20°C): Thixotropically stable
  Density (20°C):  1.95-2.05 g/m3
Tensile strength (20°C): > 350 N/cm2

Packaging: Boxes with 20 handy tubular bags containing 1 kg each,
  Loose in plastic tub with 4.5 kg and 18 kg contents,
  Loose in hobbocks with 25.5 kg and 75 kg contents,
  Loose in disposable drums with 200 – 350 kg contents.



SPECOLL RF

Characteristics:  SPECOLL RF is a low viscosity universal adhesive with properties similar to those of SPECOLL and the following characteristic data:
  Appearance:   red paste
  Viscosity (20°C): Thixotropically stable
  Density (20°C):  1.85 – 2-00 g/cm3
  Tensile strength (20°C): > 350 N/cm2

Packaging:  Boxes with 20 handy tubular bags containing 1 kg each,
  Loose in plastic tub with 4.5 kg and 18 kg contents,
  Loose in hobbocks with 25.5 kg and 75 kg contents,
  Loose in disposable drums with 200 – 350 kg contents.

IMPORTANT: SPECOLL, SPECOLL RAPID, SPECOLL RP and SPECOLL RF do not require mandatory labelling.


SPECOLL SK 10 fast-acting adhesive for cores and moulds

Characteristics: SPECOLL SK 10 is a cold-setting fast-acting adhesive for use with all types of stand for outstanding permanent adhesion and very high strengths. Special additives ensure perfect wetting and prevent surface tension.

SPECOLL SK 10 can be applied easily and uniformly and due to perfect wetting it ensures permanent adhesion. The bonded together parts have excellent and reliable bonding after only 15 minutes. SPECOLL SK 10 is compatible with all coatings.

SPECOLL SK 10 is preferably supplied in cartridges.

Kept in closed cartridges at room temperature the shelf-life is 3 months.


SPECOLL M 20 and M 30

Characteristics: Special hot-setting adhesive for the shell moulding process.
The uniform flow property ensures easy application with standard hand-held or pressure equipment and produces a dimensionally stable bond line.

SPECOLL M 20 and M 30 differ in their viscosity.

If stored in cool conditions in sealed containers the adhesive has a 6 month shelf-life.


SPECOLL MW

Characteristics: Special water-based, hot-setting adhesive for the shell moulding process.

The uniform flow property of SPECOLL MW ensures easy application with standard hand-held or pressure equipment and produces a dimensionally stable bond line.

If stored in cool conditions in sealed containers the adhesive has a 3 month shelf-life.


SPEPLAST patching compounds

Characteristics: SPEPLAST patching compounds are used to lute core welds, adhesive joints and to make good minor defects. They can be used with many mould materials. Suitable lubricants and binders ensure very good workability and adhesion on the moulding.

SPEPLAST patching compounds can be supplied as both alcohol and water-based:
